    Finding a Patent Attorney

    Why is a patent attorney giving me advice on how to find a patent attorney?

    Because no single patent attorney can help in every technical field. No single patent attorney is technically qualified. Every patent attorney ought to turn away clients that have problems unrelated to the areas where they are technically proficient. In other words, your patent attorney must have an extraordinary understanding of your technical problem. Your patent attorney?s technical understanding plays a very important part in shaping his legal opinion. While for many people this is common sense, for some others, this is a surprise. Since we can't help everyone with their patent issues, we wrote the book on finding a patent attorney for your specific, technial issue. Why? We believe that the process of correctly matching the Patent Attorney and the invention is too important to leave to chance. We have written a short, free e-book to assist the public. This short e-book will teach you how to:
    • Why the right patent attorney may not be the most expensive;
    • The fastest way to request sample patents in your area of technology;
    • How to evalute a patent attorney's using sample patents, technical expertise, legal experience, and other factors not related to the patent attorney?s fee.
    • How to determine if your patent attorney is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent Office and in good standing to practice law; and
    • Questions that you must ask when interviewing potential patent attorneys during an initial consultation.
    If you would like immediate access to both of these e-books, please complete the form below. We will automatically send a copy of this e-book to your email account. After we verify your email address, we will send you the following 4 emails:
    • our e-Book entitled Patent Strategies,

    • our Patent Timeline and Cost Estimator Tool,
